It all started about 10 years ago. I remember sitting in the foyer of my church. Somebody had their back to me and had a cross on the back of their shirt. It was at that moment that God spoke to me... "you are going to create apparel."
I was so new to my faith that I couldn't tell wether that was the creative side of me or God actually speaking to me. So I did the only thing that I knew to do at that time... I brushed it off.
It was in mid-2017 where I really dug deep to seek what God had next for me. I can honestly say, it was frustrating. My family and I moved to Austin, TX which I then lost my job, picked up odd jobs for a while and even started driving Uber. And then one day I sincerely cried out to God and asked him to tell me, or show me... at least give me a hint! And then all of a sudden, I will never forget, as I was driving in my car I heard God's voice loud and clear... "It's time". I knew EXACTLY! what that meant.
So fast forward to June of 2018 and Red Letter Clothing was officially launched.
Red Letter Clothing was birthed with a few things on my heart; to glorify God, spread His love, and give back. We are a movement and an authentic community of Christians who are grateful for all that God has done in our lives and we use inspirational apparel as a form of spreading our love for Jesus. What excites me most about the day to day grind is the fact that we have partnered with a local non-profit organization and give back a portion of our proceeds to individuals and families in need. For every purchase that is made, we give others hope and love. How awesome is that?! We love giving back!
I am a father to Benjamin (3 yrs old) and the newest addition to our family as of 8/3/18, Ezra! I am also happily married to the love of my life Amanda! Our family resides just south of Austin, TX.
I AM GENUINELY THANKFUL FOR THOSE OF YOU JOINING ME ON THIS JOURNEY AND SUPPORTING THE VISION THAT GOD HAS PLACED ON MY HEART! THIS MEANS SO MUCH MORE THAN YOU KNOW! SO FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART, THANK YOU!
