The Pace Of Grace

The Pace Of Grace

There are seasons where even the strongest believers feel tired in places nobody can see.

Not because they stopped loving God.
Not because they lost faith.
But because they kept pouring without remembering they were never the source.

Jesus never called us to live disconnected from Him.

A branch does not panic trying to produce fruit.
It simply stays connected to the vine.

Sometimes burnout is not a sign that you are failing.
Sometimes it is an invitation to return.

Return to prayer that is not rushed.
Return to worship without agenda.
Return to quiet moments where you are not performing, producing, or proving anything.

God is not asking you to carry the weight of tomorrow today.

The Father who feeds birds and clothes lilies has never forgotten how to care for you too.

You do not have to earn rest.
You do not have to apologize for slowing down long enough to breathe again.

Some of the holiest moments are not found in striving.
They are found in surrender.

The world celebrates hustle.
Jesus celebrates abiding.

And maybe that is what your soul has been craving all along:
not a break from God,
but deeper closeness with Him.

So if your heart feels heavy, let this remind you:

You are still loved while resting.
Still chosen while recovering.
Still faithful while healing.

God is not disappointed in your humanity.
He is near to it.

The same Jesus who calmed storms can calm the pressure inside of you too.

Take the walk.
Put the phone down.
Step outside.
Pray slowly.
Breathe deeply.
Worship honestly.

He is not rushing you.

Grace still covers you.
Peace still belongs to you.
And God still finishes what He starts, even when you need to pause along the way.

You were never meant to live burned out.
You were created to live connected.
